The apartment is located about 50 meters from the open and bright “Paseo Marítimo de Calafell” (Tarragona). I would say it has all the advantages of an apartment located in a tourist area: close, but not above the Paseo; Direct access from the street, but not so immediate as to be observed; terrace? Yes, but not uncomfortable with all the sun’s rays; bustling? No, quiet… And so many details that we listed on the property listing and hopefully you like. Come and see…

Accommodation

The accommodation has three rooms. Two double, one with double bed and one with two individual beds; both with wardrobes. The third has individual bed. Bathroom with shower. American kitchen (with small gallery where there is the washing machine) open to a large living room, with access to a sunny terrace where you can spend pleasant evenings. Large communal roof where to hang clothes or enjoy the views. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

It has an elevator and is appreciated as it is on the third floor. On the roof there is an area for hanging clothes. To the left of the main entrance are the storage rooms, where you can leave your belongings beach without uploading them to the apartment. Extra fees

  • Final cleaning and laundry: € 85
  • Damage deposit: € 250
    • The amount will be withheld on your card three days before your departure and will be unlocked three days later.
    • If there is any damage, the amount withheld will be deducted.
  • We will read the electricity meter at the entrance and exit; If the usual consumption limits are exceeded, we will charge it separately.
  • The tourist fee is paid in cash at check-in.

Expiration Budget

This budget is valid for two days. After that period it will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation

The customer will have to pay 50% of the total price if you cancel after booking, and the full price if you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​Segur de Calafell, that's one of the advantages of being on the beach front. El Paseo and of course the beach are 100m. In the Paseo you can find all kinds of restaurants and shops. Calafell station is 2.5km. If you want to move there by bus stop a few meters away.

House Rules

We hope that guests respect the neighbors and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. And taking them to recycling waste container. Remember it is not a hotel, not all neighbors are on vacation. We are members of the association of tourist apartments in Barcelona and therefore comply with a code of ethics involved, among other things: caring for the environment and not disturb the neighbors, creating a good image of the apartment and be happy during the stay! Of course, it is understood that common sense in respect to schedules, sound volume, cleanliness and hygiene are supposed to tenants of the apartment. CLEANING: As in all reservations, the price of cleaning and final laundry is identified in the price; but if you need or simply want an extra cleaning service, we can offer you a minimum of two hours, and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Use our email or phone and contact us to arrange what is necessary.

 

TAXI AND TRANSFERS: We can offer a taxi service. You will be picked up at the terminal, waiting for your departure and clearly indicating your name so that you have confidence from the same arrival. Of course if you want to be transferred, we can also offer this service.
